For the past six months, funding for a variety of federal programs has been cut, reduced or even frozen.  Each funding action affects a grant, research work and even student support programs (TRIO).

Dear Members,

The FSU has received your emails regarding the January 19, 2024, paycheck specifically receipt of our second four percent pay raise.  

We reached out to Human Resources who stated that the December 31^st to Jan 13^th pay period and paid January 19^th is not the first full pay period of the year, and therefore the raises will not be paid until the Feb 2 paycheck which is the first full pay period of the year.

Dear Members, 

July 1, 2023, Pay Raise

We are happy to say our December 22, 2023, paycheck will include your July 1, 2023, 4% raise plus the retroactive pay from July 1^st.  To receive the July 1^st, raise, you needed to have been on payroll on June 30, 2023.  The ranks for Lecturer and above are eligible for the pay raise.   

FSU Annual Elections, Spring 2024

Dear Members,

What a glorious morning it is.   

Governor Healey signed the supplemental budget! Our raises have been adopted.

Yesterday afternoon, the House  and Senate passed the supplemental budget.  At 5pm the governor signed it into law.
