UMass Unions United - Join Our Unions at the Chancellor’s Campus Update

Management has dragged out bargaining for far too long. While we negotiate in good faith for fair wages, better conditions, and the respect we deserve, they continue to stall, sidestep, and delay. Enough is enough.

Throughout March, our unions mobilized to each other's bargaining sessions and made our voices loud and clear—UMass works because we do! Throughout our contract campaigns we have shown our collective commitment to cross-union solidarity, free speech, anti-racism, and immigrant rights, despite management’s attempts to divide and silence our campus community.

The Chancellor’s Campus Update is another chance for our unions to stand united against these injustices and demand action. We all need a fair contract NOW.

Location: University Hall, Room 2120

Meet-Up Time: 2:45 PM near 2nd floor elevators in University Hall

Event Time: 3:00 - 4:30 PM

We are calling on union members to attend this meeting as a strong and visible presence. We are also calling on members to flood the administration with questions ahead of the Chancellor’s Campus Update and be prepared for a potential Q&A. They have directed members of the campus community to send questions to chancellor@umb.edu. Hold them accountable—make them answer to us!

Write your question – Keep it direct and demand real answers. Send by April 14.

Send it to chancellor@umb.edu and CC the FSU: fsu@umb.edu so we can track the submitted questions.

Show up at the meeting – Let’s stand together and make sure our voices are heard. Wear your union shirt and pick up a union sign to carry in.
