A reminder to please join us tomorrow at 1:30 for an Archives Open House on the fifth floor of the library, jointly hosted by the FSU and the Healey Library’s Archives (more information below). In commemoration and honor of civil rights leader Mel King, a selection of materials from his 1983 Boston mayoral campaign will be on display (contact library.archives@umb.edu for more information about his papers, which he recently donated to UMass Boston).
Please also save the date for next Thursday, April 6 from 12:30-2:00 for a virtual FSU forum on issues concerning the library and the working conditions of our FSU librarians. A Zoom link will be sent out next week.
