More Information On The Voluntary Separation Incentive Program (VSIP)

Dear Colleague,

Many of you have been asking about the Voluntary Separation Incentive Program (VSIP). For your information, faculty who are teaching during the fall 2019 semester potentially may be deemed critical by the administration so that their resignation date can be moved to December 31, 2019 by the administration.  Have your chair talk to your Dean should you want to request this.   

For more information on this program, see the announcement here.  The deadline to apply for this is this Friday, August 16 (you can apply for the program here). The incentive is a cash  payment only. No additional time for pension retirement years will be added.
