Agenda for FSU Annual Meeting Thursday, April 14th, 11-1
Dear FSU member,
Below is the agenda for the FSU Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 14th from 11AM to 1PM. The meeting will be held virtually (Zoom info will be sent later).
The Annual Meeting is held for the purpose of hearing committee reports, to be updated on FSU activities, to adopt an annual budget inclusive of establishing dues rates, to adopt bylaws, and to hear other business as needed (source: FSU policies). Organizations such as unions are required to hold an annual meeting.

FSU Budget Adoption
(contact the FSU office for a copy of the draft budget). Please note that the draft budget includes a few different dues increase scenarios (all other line items in each column should be the same under all scenarios). The FSU Executive Committee’s recommendation is highlighted in yellow. If you have any questions on the proposed budget please let us know.
Course Releases and Stipends
(contact the FSU office for a list of approved stipends and course releases).According to FSU policy (check under Financials), FSU members are to be informed of all course releases, Admin paid stipends, and FSU paid stipends granted to FSU officers and/or members.
