Information for the FSU Annual Meeting, TOMORROW, 9-11

Dear FSU Member:

The FSU Annual meeting will occur tomorrow, (Thursday) April 30 from 9 to 11 am via zoom.  We will send out the zoom link and password at 8 am tomorrow morning.  Look for this in your email.  The subject will be ‘FSU meeting zoom link.’  Please join by computer video and audio so we can see who is present, and you can vote and indicate that you want to speak easily and quickly.  Participating on the phone will delay voting and inhibit your ability to speak. 

Only members of the FSU in good standing can attend this meeting.  Anyone who is not on the membership list will not be able to attend and will be asked to leave the meeting (anyone with questions on their membership standing should contact the FSU directly)

We will be using the raising hand function to indicate if you want to speak and limiting the use of the chat box.  To see the agenda, the FSU budget, and other agenda and budget items, contact the FSU office.  Some of the budget documents have slight corrections as a result of new information we received.  We hope to see you soon.
