Dear Colleague,
The FSU Executive Committee is pleased to announce the bargaining team leaders who will serve to negotiate our 2020 – 2023 collective bargaining agreement. They will begin their work in Spring 2020. The successor agreement covers faculty and librarians.
As part of preparing to bargain, a member survey will be distributed to members. In addition, member gatherings will take place to solicit your input on contract related issues.
In a few weeks you will receive an email with a survey. We ask that you take a few minutes to complete the survey.

Bargaining Summit this Saturday 9-4 pm.
The Massachusetts Teachers Association (MTA)’s Bargaining Summit is this Saturday, October 26th. This free of charge Summit is a series of workshops on bargaining including opening bargaining and contract campaigns, as well as bargaining for racial justice and coordinated or coalition bargaining. Higher education attendees will move through the Summit as a cohort so can specifically focus on higher education issues and strategies.
